By using the kidunotifier.com KiduNotifier website, dashboard and API (the Service), you (the Client) are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service. The materials contained in this Service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

In no event shall KiduNotifier or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service or application, even if KiduNotifier or a KiduNotifier authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. KiduNotifier does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. KiduNotifier may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice. KiduNotifier does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

In addition, KiduNotifier reserves the right to make modifications to the Service with regard to how Clients interact with the Service, either directly or indirectly, in an effort to prevent Service abuse.

6. LINKS

KiduNotifier has not reviewed all of the websites linked to by the Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked website. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by KiduNotifier of the website. Use of any such linked website is at the Client own risk.

6. BILLING

KiduNotifier reserves the right to charge its Clients a dynamic monthly fee based on metered usage calculations. If the payment method on file cannot be charged, the Client will be notified via e-mail immediately. If the issue is not rectified within 2 weeks, KiduNotifier reserves the right to suspend the Client account and its apps until the Client resolves any outstanding billing issues. KiduNotifier may then charge an additional late fee of $10 in addition to the accumulated monthly balance for every late payment.

7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

KiduNotifier has the discretion to update these terms at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and become aware of modifications.

8. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using this Service, you signify your acceptance to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from Clients (each, a Client) of the KiduNotifier website, dashboard and API (the Service).

1. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION

We may collect personal identification information from Clients in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Clients visit our Service, register on the Service, fill out a form, send data to our API, and in connection with other activities, features or resources we make available on our Service. We will collect personal identification information from Clients only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Clients can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Service-related activities.

Account Information: We collect your first and last name, e-mail address, password, country, and company name if voluntarily submitted.

Device-related Data: We collect and store the IP address of any device that interacts with our Service.

Service-related Data: We collect and store any information you voluntarily submit to us on behalf of your company or users when interacting with our Service, including any data sent to our API, to fulfill our obligations to you in this Service.

Payment Information: We collect your credit card information if voluntarily submitted. All credit card information is stored and secured by PayPal and Stripe, a trusted online payment processor. KiduNotifier does not store any credit card payment data, apart from the last 4 digits of your credit card number.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Clients and their users whenever they interact with our Service. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about means of connection to our Service, such as the operating system and other similar information.

Our Service may use (cookies) to enhance the Client experience. The Client web browser may set cookies for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about the Client. The Client may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Service may not function properly.

Our Service makes use of Google Analytics to track Client interactions with our Service. This information allow us to better understand how and when Clients interact with our Service, helping us to improve the Service in the future.

Our Service makes use of log files, which track actions occurring on the Service. These log files may include data such as IP addresses, browser user agents, Internet service providers, requested/referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and any other data sent to our Service, including data sent to our API.

Our Service is hosted on servers located in the Mumbai (India). If you are accessing our Service from outside the India, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in facilities in the India.

We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by sites linked to or from our Service. Browsing and interaction on any other site, including sites which have a link to our Service, is subject to that site own terms and policies.
